How to Setup Cloud PBX system

The following guide will assist you to setup your own PBX system like a pro, including a welcome message (ivr), time conditions, ring groups and recordings.

  1. Login to your Cloud Telecoms portal
  2. Navigate to PBX - PBX Domains
  3. Then PBX - Administration - PBX Old System


Creating Time ConditionsLogin to your Cloud Telecoms portalNavigate to PBX - PBX DomainsThen PBX - Administration - PBX Old SystemBusiness - Time ConditionsClick on the bottom plus on the right hand sideName: Your preferred name ( preferably name of business)Extension: if not auto generated, any 4 digits.Settings: Time of Day and Day of week and enter the times that suit you/your businessSelect the recording you would like to hear.Select your domainSet enabled to trueScroll down to the bottom of the page and click saveNavigate to PBX DomainsSelect the record - Phone Numbers - edit your phone number - click on the number routing dropdown and select the name of the time condition.Save.Dial your number and test.
